      Nice shop, good discount, nice people, easy work, good atmosphere.

      Cons

      Everyone was employed as a casual except for the manager, so no sick pay etc.

      Nice colleagues (not all of them though). Work from home Nice canteen

      Low salary Company is very cheap in overal. Almost zero benefits (They are an office furniture supplier, but they don't even offer home office desk or something to their employees. You can only take your office chair with you, but really who does that??). Management have no respect for their employees. Like they keep talking about inflation in the market and how everyone should be preared, but when employees ask about salary increase because of the inflation, they are like "we have talked about this already, you will know when you are suppose to know"!! There is really no clear vision where this company is going, and employees are starting to loose their trust.
