Don't kmow why such review but trust me its perfect for those who want to earn money, performers are highly appreciated, we all know how sales sector works, but company gives enough opportunity to prove urself and i am one of them, trust me i don't earn that high incentive but i don't complain coz i m an average performer and kalkine paid me every single penny i earned, I received gr8 support from management rather i would appreciate the fact that being a startup ur efforts are highly appreciated and valued with deserving compensation, i saw lot of people in and out in my tenure of 1yr but those who r out are not meant for sales, so if u have good convincing abilty on Aussie client! can't be more btr platform than Kalkine..jst a quick share - I m earning my bread and butter more than sufficient in Kalkine and that too i get my compensation bang on time, be it sat or sun..So i hit the very happy button.
Cons
Being a startups there's always some loopholes but its bttr try to cover the holes with our own idea's and make a btter workplace rather exposing and crib for same, bit of space concern but its a good sign which means it is growing and management must be aware and working of that.
