Nice people, casual work environment, free lunch, free fruits & healthy snacks, discounted price on company products, no overtime requirement, great dental, flexibility within your own job responsibilities, job security. If you want a work/life balance, this is the right place for you.
Cons
Some people might find Asian dominating culture difficult to adjust to and some speech and behavior, even seemed normal or common in the American culture, might seem inappropriate here. There is no clear rules on performance review and promotion is not based on performance alone.
