      there is no pros for the kap computer solutions

      No career growth , for 1 sec late they will detect one day salary . Always they want to detect salary for silly reasons. Always they will change rules and regulations according to their convince. Management is not at all good they are big liars ( they change the words). They wont pay incentives also
