Everything. Kasco fails on every level. Management in particular is the biggest joke. Not just one or two, ALL. They're nothing more than sleazy salesmen, who lack the least bit of integrity and common sense.
Next, if you're a field "technician", would be the lack of any real training on the equipment you're working on. If you don't have a solid background in electronics, relying on the nonsense the training guy shows you will leave the equipment in worse condition than when you got there.
Third would be a tie between dispatch and purchasing. The system or lack of, in which these two relatively intergal aspects of running even the smallest of repair companies, is slow, ineffective, and unreliable. I used to blame the people working in those departments, until they all started quiting. And the fact that the so called dispatch, knows nothing of the areas or repairs they're dispatching.
This is just my opinion. Apparently there are a few people who actually enjoy this company. Those same few people are more than likely the ones who make it as miserable as it is. And are also the reason why they're failing and desperate.
