Pros

Graduate program was gradually ramping up. Got to go down to Melbourne for a few workshops with other graduates which provided much insight into career paths within the company. Speaking on behalf of other graduates; depending on your team & who manages it, you can be kept busy. As well as enquiries in enrolling into courses & training was well received. Very relaxed. No set times. As long as jobs were complete & you didn't let the team down.

Cons

My team alone copped it the worst. For 2 years, I only did 5months of work. The rest of the time involved me aimlessly wondering what I could do. I attempted to keep myself busy but empty promises would divert my focus only to be left disappointed once again. Management was horrible. No communication. In those 2 years, only 1-2 meetings were held for the team. People were leaving left, right, & centre from my team, and it was no surprise. Despite getting paid a crap load of money for just sitting there, it was not a fulfilling or satisfying role to come in everyday & walk home empty handed.

Pros

They had a good mix of people and drinkig culture.

Cons

They had old fashioned 'baby boomer' managers that had problems with succesful people from minority backgrounds.

Pros

Not many, now I need 3 more words to fill this section out.

Cons

Everything from dysfunctional teams, lack of leadership, delusional out of touch management, high staff turnover, little to no business planning, poor client relationship management, poorly scoped work and poor quality of deliverables, all led by the fearless overheads and a never ending list of internal protocols & forms. This is not a positive place to work for career driven professionals and those looking for any sort of job satisfaction. Some very institutionalised and toxic types work here making the work environment and culture appear off. Unqualified staff performing tasks out of their discipline area. Don’t be fooled or conned by the KBR absent work week (AWW) policy that they pride themselves on for standing out above the consulting industry as a work benefit.
