Pros
Graduate program was gradually ramping up. Got to go down to Melbourne for a few workshops with other graduates which provided much insight into career paths within the company. Speaking on behalf of other graduates; depending on your team & who manages it, you can be kept busy. As well as enquiries in enrolling into courses & training was well received. Very relaxed. No set times. As long as jobs were complete & you didn't let the team down.
Cons
My team alone copped it the worst. For 2 years, I only did 5months of work. The rest of the time involved me aimlessly wondering what I could do. I attempted to keep myself busy but empty promises would divert my focus only to be left disappointed once again. Management was horrible. No communication. In those 2 years, only 1-2 meetings were held for the team. People were leaving left, right, & centre from my team, and it was no surprise. Despite getting paid a crap load of money for just sitting there, it was not a fulfilling or satisfying role to come in everyday & walk home empty handed.
