Good if you want a way in into the insurance industries since they had MDP. But i hope you reconsider after reading the cons of choosing this company.

If you believe in equality of gender, work life balance, safe environment free of s**ual har***ment, transparent company policies, i hope you know this company is a complete opposite of that. In modern days of 2025, living under SDGS, this company will look like it stuck on 1996, who doesn't care about human rights and care about money only. In japanese terms, it would called black company. you wouldn't get paid for overtime, you would be expected to always on. always. 24/7 like your life just for this company. Almost everyone will shame you for putting this company 2nd after your family, friends and your own physical being. They will always to try to find a way to pay you as small as possible legally. in short, you would be a legal slave. that's all.
