Pros
- Competitive salaries, - Recent and exceptionally pleasant stack (elixir/reactjs). One of the only one company in France using new technology like elixir (when a lot of American companies are using it) - Full autonomy - Well localized in the center of Paris (4th, Place des Vosges)
Cons
- Work with homemade tool: sometime formation can be tricky if there is no one around to show you how a tailor made system works - High expectancies - Team young which has to tackle big challenges. Sometimes it can be a lot of pressure
