DE&I: 33% of our workforce in 2021 was African American. Training: 1-2 week intensive for recruiters. Most agencies in our industry have a 2-3 day training period - we are well above the industry standard in terms of training and the role of a recruiter can be taught in less than 3 days. Culture & Treatment: I wish this post would have provided example in these areas because no one is treated poorly or unkind here and our culture is not toxic. Receiving feedback on work performance is delivered professionally and help is always offered. No client bridge has ever been burned - we have retained 100% of our clients and they are happy and 98% of our clients/hiring managers use us exclusively.
