      Pros

      Close to good food for lunch.

      Cons

      They allow their safety director to instigate fist fights and loud awkward arguments with other managers while on job sites without reprimand. Only the owners and VP’s friends are given an opportunity to grow. Treat the union workers like a temp agencies only working people a couple days and then lay them off. Not one person in management is approachable on any level.

      There checks cashed other then that it's mostly bad

      Cons

      Mismanaged, spread out, not much talent in general construction especially concrete just yes men I've never seen a company with so many entitled people or Bosses/Foreman one boss per four guys
