      Pros

      Friendly management, staff, pet friendly, kid friendly. Awesome work from home opportunity twice a week. Amazing team work and we have awesome team building activities. Kaleidacare provides snacks and soft drinks for all employees.  The sodas, snacks and coffee and tea are free.  We also have breakfast tacos on Friday.We have a lending library of both books and DVD’s.

      Did not find any :-) Don't be judgemental by looking on what's outside... We are awesome inside!

      4 day work week. Decent package.

      Cons

      No growth, leadership have no idea what they are doing. Not stable since new investors acquired the company. They are just experimenting.
