Pros
Great relaxed working environment as not too much pressure. Other staff are all my friends now which is a bonus. Really expanded my skills there as the team is very experienced, especially the SEO department which I worked in. Always a team buzz when we got new keywords in at number 1 on Google for our clients. Also staff seem to stay there for quite a long time. I moved back to Australia now but do miss everyone there.
Cons
No free canteen or free gym unlike my previous job at Google.
