Business outlook
Pros
Culture, the people are very nice and accepting. It was a fun environment that had a focus on inclusion and relationship building. I enjoyed everyone I worked with.
Cons
A major portion of their funding fell though for the next year shortly after I was hired. This resulted in layoffs very shortly after. The business was built on unreliable funding sources, making it difficult to feel secure in the job. Diversification of the funding sources would go a long way in making this business sustainable.
