      Great culture focused on people and community. Leadership is approachable and supportive. Projects are meaningful, and there’s a real emphasis on giving back through community involvement. Strong work-life balance and professional growth opportunities.

      No cons. just had to step away for personal reasons to support my family. Otherwise, it was a great place to work
