      First of all, This is not an IT Company

      Pros

      Good company to kick start your career. CEO is the best person in this company. He is really knowledgeable and down to earth.

      Cons

      1) Some people are still looking for their own success much rather than optimizing business, but not as many as at some other places. 2)no coding standards followed. 3)no English speaking culture. 4)flatter manager and swipe card to showcase yourself. 5) Very old process are still followed in some projects. 6) Client oriented company

      For freshers, good to learn. For experienced, not to do a lot

      Cons

      No regular salary. Manager always jealous on personal achievements. Political thinking with team members by managers. Favouritism for increments.

      I am working here from last 10 years and to me it is a great place to work with. I really appreciate the caring approach of the Management for the safety and security of the female employees.
