      Pros

      No micromanagement, no office politics, no false promises.

      Cons

      Very few new courses, light schedule. Management has no idea what they are doing regarding teaching. The company focus is on making money instead of teaching. Some trainers are very uneducated and detract from the professional atmosphere.

      Multilingual team, great first experience in project management and translation, opportunities to get involved and do small translations, interns are given responsibility dealing with private clients

      Repetitive work, would sometimes have to stay later than closing if there was an urgent translation project

      A sales organization that has no clue about how to set up, run, and manage an engineering department.

      Pros

      The European-made equipment is first-class, well engineered and well made, and runs extremely well. The alterations and additions we made to that equipment were fun to do.

      Cons

      Engineers given poor computers and engineering tools, and much open-source software instead of the Microsoft Office suite!! Management is arrogant and extremely "inbred" made up mainly of family, friends of family, and school buddies who get perks, privileges, and advantages that noone else does.
