      Working for this company was extremely disapointing

      Pros

      Provided phone, computer, and ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Poor sales management. Extreme micromanagement environment. Owners are greedy and clueless about what it takes to sell products and services. Commission structure is convoluted and designed so you don't make the higher percentage. If you make your quota they just raise just beyond your reach and screw the salesperson's ability to make decent money.

      Pros

      They try to make it a fun place to work. Free refreshments including alchohol. It appears to be a great place from the outside

      Cons

      Upper management constantly reassigns employees, high turnover with many terminations. Team members unsure of their place and security, view job as temporary.

      Knowledgeable Team. Honest and straight forward management Team. Nice people.

      Cons

      Sales Management is kind of weak. Nobody reaches their quotas except for some of the 10 year + Sales people that have all the major accounts.
