Pros
I spend four rewarding years at Keyteo, It was a great experience, both professionally and personally. From the beginning, the company offered a very welcoming environment and provided strong support to help me settle in Switzerland Geneva, which made a big difference as an expat.
Keyteo fosters a culture of openness and opportunities—there's quite a large range of projects to get involved in, and you’re encouraged to grow through new challenges. The networking and social activities, both formal and informal, are genuinely enriching.
I was able to train and develop both technical and soft skills. I was also able to get a curved screen for my work at home during days allowed by the client.
One of the strongest points at Keyteo was the relationship with business managers: approachable, engaged, and truly invested in consultants’ growth. It created a trusting environment where I felt heard and valued.
Cons
The only real downside I experienced was the high turnover of administrative and business managers. While the replacements were competent, frequent changes disrupted continuity and sometimes led to uncertainty or misalignment. The company would greatly benefit from investing in the long-term retention of these experienced professionals, as their presence is key to maintaining trust and confidence among employees.
