Unlimited growth potential Competitive Salary with uncapped earning potential (completely based on peformance) Run your own desk and honestly, you are going to get out of the job what you are willing to put into it! Strong team of veteran Business Development and Recruiters Ability to Specialize in a field (IT, A&F and Clerical/HR) Schedule Flexibility Offers benefits to internal staff and field contractors even though it is considered a small company Ping Pong Table, fun events, and incentives if goals are met
Cons
The company is set up for seasoned staffing professionals. Entry level BD and Recruiters may have a longer ramp-up time and probably won't see success as quickly.
