Not the same KG from the old days. New management style's toxic, involves a lot of brainwashing and turning the company to a solely sales-driven factory. Work load is completely over the top, and hard work's not being appreciated nor recognised. The new owner & managements are not educators, they lack the knowledge of the education system and knows minimal about theatre production. You never know when you'll get an email saying you "resigned" from your current position, and not having to go back to work.
