      Pros

      Leadership listens to your concerns If you have ideas for organization improvement they will support you in making changes company wide You get to work on a variety of projects giving you many opportunities for growth

      Cons

      The main con is that in consulting you are largely at the whims of your current client. If you are contract based they may not be able to place you after your contract ends but they will try.
