The owner will under pay you and find any reason to not pay you commission. They take 1 hour per day out of your pay for a lunch break you are not allowed to lock the door and take. You will always work alone so you will be on a 10.5 HR shift with no breaks. The company does unethical business practices such as talking existing customers into adding a line and getting rid of their existing number just to get new lines! They advertise plans starting at $10 per month but you will be reprimanded and possibly fired for honoring any plan less than the $50 unlimited plans because the franchise makes no money on any plan less. You are forced to lie about the inflated sales quotes given to include accessories"at no additional charge". The payroll company will not take taxes out of your check unless you make more than $600 in a biweekly pay period. No benefits. The owners Gina Imoud whose office is at Rock Road are rude and uncaring.
