Will hold projects hostage because he doesn’t have the funds to pay contractors and will blame you for the time it takes to finish projects.

Everything. The management is BAD! they take advantage of people and subcontractors. They expect you to work overtime, even on weekends. The President yells all day, curses all day. They will point fingers at you. They treat people really bad. There is no bonus structure, bonuses go by who is the boss' favorite. Ther are racist and mix plitics with work, putting you in an uncomfortable position. NO structure, very disorganized, no procedures. They don't use the software tools. Financials of projects are secret and financials don't match!
