Pros
- Family-oriented atmosphere - Opportunities to experience and be exposed to lots of different aspects of business even as an entry-level employee (perks of working at a small company!)
Cons
Not much.. I guess you can say limited benefits mayt be a con if that's what you're looking for. Personally, it wasn't much of a problem as it was expected when working for small companies.
