Great company to work for. Support remote work, hire within the company before posting externally which means ‘climbing the ladder’ is a realistic & achievable goal. Supportive with hours/flexibility.

Starting pay is pretty low.

Good benefits Lots of Upfront PTO and holidays off Good Coworkers and a good culture.

Lots of weird decisions... If the company wasn't making much money, management would ask that we burn through our PTO instead of working so it wouldn't cost them more. About a week before one of my team members (including myself) were laid off, our directory entered the room and told us that we did not have to worry about our jobs and there was "NO WAY" we would get fired. We were expected to work without pay in several instances to get a job done on time.
