Pros
The management truly cares and and wonderful people. You can make a big difference in some of the kids you work with. The time off is very very nice but needed due to the extreme stress of teaching at risk middle school students.
Cons
Some of the students do not care to learn and some of their behavior can be abysmal. Substitute availability is sketchy only because it is hard to find good instructors. There is one Kata/Form that everyone has to know, and its awful. They say you can teach your style but it is encouraged to teach their way/technique which is in direct conflict of teaching your style.
