Full of heart and passion but it's easy to get sucked in and find yourself expected to produce something amazing with peanuts, overnight! The Education team were given little to work with but received high criticism. Leadership was often chaotic the culture full of chatter.

Inconsistent leadership, mismanagement, minimal (if any) growth opportunities, broken promises, poor internal communication, and a never ending atmosphere of "we have to do more." There was never a moment in my tenure in the organization where we felt successful for more than a few hours before we had to jump to the next thing. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and there is no accountability with senior leadership from the board of directors, who are barely involved to begin with. If you need to start somewhere, it's fine, but don't let it suck you into the chaos.
