      Pros

      My boss is nothing but amazing, he truly has made me feel like I am not just a number but a part of a family. I see the positive side of child welfare so that's always a plus. Many training and growing opportunities. Quarterly reports and case reviews. Always there to answer any questions or concerns at all time. Hybrid/Remote job.

      Cons

      It's child welfare, so burnout is something that happens quite regularly. This is not a job that you get on the fly, you must be able to maintain upstanding work and employment performance no matter the level of intensity that the job may give you.

      The leadership in the Marion county office is racist and Bias and have no respect for their employees. The leader ship and AD are awful to their supervisors and force case managers to cover up things that need exposure.
