The clients made this sales position very worthwhile. There were also several co-workers that really cared about the quality of their work. The advertising is effective. That is if clients (businesses) purchase enough of the shows that get a good audience the advertising will work for them. It will help them increase sales. I saw it happen many times. Not all advertising is effective. Advertising through KIEM is.
Cons
The equipment is woefully outdated. The management seems to have given up on improving the station. People seem miserable and depressed. Routinely, there are verbal arguments and threats of physical violence. It's really a dysfunctional environment.
