      Poor management, pay not competitive, subpar benefits, and stagnation

      9/80 schedule Generally relaxed for non-lead/supervisory roles

      Cons

      Ego, immaturity, and unprofessional issues galore Poor communication top to bottom, between branches, and even supervisor/lead to employee. Benefits cost more than industry standard Salary NOT industry competitive Raises NOT industry competitive Leads/directors will lie to cover for themselves Multiple times it was said they’re like a family, they left out where it was a toxic one.

      Laidback atmosphere, Flexible scheduling, New facility

      Cons

      Where careers go to die. No real path forward (although you'll receive plenty of broken promises.) Communication is non-exisiatant. The "raises" consist of a few CENTS. Everything is habitually behind schedule because management is clueless and every single department is dysfunctional. After working at Kihomac, I could do a case study on how to NOT run a company. It is astounding.

      Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience has left you with a negative view of KIHOMAC . As a DOD contractor, we do work closely with the Air Force on many contracts so it may seem like some of our departments operate in the same fashion as a military unit. However, there are many departments that do not. Our experienced upper management is comprised of some of the best in the industry and we are confident in their abilities to lead KIHOMAC. We wish you the best in finding a company where you can thrive.
