KIMS need to look after their staff

Nice location and facilities. Extra leave on birthday's. Private health insurance.

Cons

Lack of training and opportunity to progress. Poor pay, high turnover of staff. Good staff not looked after. Staff not treated equally. Too much high level management, not enough staff on shop floor

Some lovely staff, subsided lunches, extra days holiday for your birthday

Cons

Lack of processes, a lot of frustrations, poor communication. Lack of progression, no performance related pay structure and lower than average salaries
