Pros

Most employers pay lip service to culture. KINNECT genuinely lives and breathes it, and it feels different to anywhere I’ve worked. Leadership is visible and values‑driven, with the CEO doing a short weekly shout‑out recognising above and beyond efforts. The work is meaningful and relatively AI‑proof, being a people first business, focused on helping people. There is a strong investment in developing team members, and plenty of social and fun events that build real connection. I would highly recommend KINNECT as a place to work.

Cons

The environment is fast paced, which will suit people who enjoy that style of work. That said, work genuinely stops at 5pm, and there is a clear policy around no evening emails or emails while on leave, which creates a healthy balance.

Pros

When I first joined KINNECT 1 year ago as a nurse, I wasn’t sure what to expect, as i had come from a bad work environment in my previous role. What really stands out to me is how much the company invests in its people. Whether it’s through structured supervision, regular training, or just having leaders who genuinely check in, I’ve always felt supported. There’s never been a moment where I’ve had to tackle something on my own, there’s always someone ready to help or share their knowledge. The team culture is incredibly collaborative, and the environment is one where learning is part of the everyday. It’s helped me grow so much in both my clinical skills and my confidence. More than anything, KINNECT has shown me that you can work in healthcare and still feel truly cared for. It’s a workplace that looks after its team just as much as its clients, and that makes all the difference.

Cons

So far, my experience working with KINNECT has been extremely positive. I haven’t encountered any major challenges, which I believe is a reflection of the strong support systems in place and the collaborative culture that makes it easy to navigate day-to-day work with confidence.

Pros

- it's not an easy job but the training is very thorough and management is very knowledgeable. career progression is really pushed in my team. although not always in the office together as role involves a lot of travel, company puts a big emphasis on culture - pay is good and there are clear steps for progression. you can ask for a pay review every three months if you want! but that obviously comes with more work - you get bonuses which is based on team performance mostly (so no one is in competition) - get reimbursed for km's travelled

Cons

- short paid parental leave - so many tools to help you succeed but it's not an easy job. takes about 6-12 months to really adjust . lots of information and youre dealing with a lot of people that are scared to return to work. but there seems to always be a way!
