Too many systems and locations for vital information it can often be overwhelming and exhausting to find/obtain what you are looking for. Lack of communication between departments creates an unusual, no hostile, work environment, in that it feels as if many work in their own echo chambers.

Pay is far below competition, the products are substandard with ridiculous markups. Executive team is a joke and a high-school business class could produce the same if not better results. No direction for the brand, the dealers, the technology, or the employees.
