Pros
Despite the challenges posed by poor leadership, this workplace has some positives: the small business fosters a close-knit, supportive team environment among employees, and basic healthcare benefits are provided. Unfortunately, the toxic management overshadows these perks, making it difficult to fully appreciate them.
Cons
Working under supervisor is extremely stressful due to poor communication, unrealistic expectations, and constant micromanagement. They demand high standards without clear guidance, making success feel arbitrary. Favoritism is rampant, creating an unfair and demoralizing environment. Trust is low, morale is worse, and turnover is high due to selfish and ineffective leadership. Unless changes are made, this role will continue to burn out good employees.
