      Pros

      AMAZING kids if you’re willing to get to know them.

      Cons

      Zero support for staff and students, constant drama without investigation, disregard or bluntly ignoring staff and they do not pay you what is owed ever, they’ll skim a few bucks off your check to save them money. Went a whole year with no field trips, holiday parties, celebrations of any kind not even a field day. Also in one semester KIPP had 40 staff members QUIT by the end of the year they had a total of 15 staff members returning of 25-26. KIPPKC is nothing but a disservice to students and society

      it is small so you are able to make relationships with students well

      there is terrible communication. the expectations are unclear and it lacks support to effectively do a good job
