      Great industry, great coworkers

      Cons

      Management is terrible. One in manager has run off many employees and nothing has been done about it. They lack experience and have no idea what needs to be done and ran off the ones that worked hard. They don't understand pay structure either when it comes to government work.

      Toxic environment, Field Services Management could care less about job morality.

      You get great training, the trainers are knowledgeable and have actual field experience.

      Cons

      Toxic management, no room for growth for the company or employees. Extremely poor prioritizing office culture as well. They worry more about small issues than the more important matters at hand.
