      Nice frames and price Nice brand from the outside

      - Demoralising and untrusting leadership style from owners - no clue of the Eyewear/healthcare industry - sexist - no consideration of health & safety for staff - no career progression or training, lots of false promises - over extending workload beyond job roles - no work/life balance or overtime policy. - poor business strategy and planning - fake

      Have the best eyewear preposition on the market

      Cons

      Owners have no clue what they are doing. They should be dominating the eyewear industry but do not know how to run a business. Do not know how to treat there employees which is causing everyone to hand there notice in. Company values and direction keep changing because they do not know what they want. Company values change from delivering a great service to hard selling. ( I wonder why?) Allot of dream selling with no end goals In seconds, the owners will cut you from your role if they get board of you. Commission taken away ( I wonder why?) Used to get free glasses but stopped. ( I wonder why?)
