I've never worked for such a dysfunctional company that's actually changed me as an employee. Everything you do is undermined, and you're always being second-guessed. My confidence has been shaken, and I'm slowly working to get back to the employee I was before this experience. I was set to take on a management position, then was laid off due to someone changing their mind about leaving.

Culture of fear. My first time meeting the owner I was told, "we tattle hear". What that meant was no one took responsibility for problems and the people further down the Org Chart suffered. I saw a lot of turnover in my short time there.
