      Supportive team leader but toxic boss and low pay

      the team leader was very nice and trying very hard to help the subordinates despite the attitude of the managing director

      Cons

      - the pressure didn’t match the salary they offered. - bad environment, somehow the boss likes to terrorize his employees with his harsh words and everything to the point some of us had to go to psychologist - crazy work hours

      none - so called 2-3 clients that are onboarded due to personal relations

      - HR lacks accountability and transparency - Arbitrary decision-making by HR - No formal termination process - Access revoked without notice - Employee concerns ignored - Zero clarity on compensation policies - Unprofessional handling of exits - No response to escalation emails - High attrition, including key team members

      Toxic culture. Ego driven plays without any clear direction. They just keep employees hanging on vague contracts without any clarity until the very end. Work or output doesn't matter much, Stay away.
