      Poor leadership, micromanagement from a distance. Avoid.

      Pros

      Advice to marketing consultants: Avoid. You will be blamed for the CEO's false promises to clients. Advice to writers: only freelance. Do not take a full-time position.

      Cons

      *You are micromanaged from a distance. *You may have your pay reduced if you get pregnant. *You may be fired for bringing your concerns to the CEO. *There is no project management. *You will be undercut and criticized if you try to do things to make the business more effective and efficient. *Your concerns will be ignored. *You job responsibilities will quickly and increasingly grow beyond your position/compensation. *No work-life balance.

      Pros

      KLA Group cares about its employees and their families. I feelt Like I was part of the team from the get-go! The managers and supervisors are a pleasure to work with and never make you feel anything less than supported and valued. Working from home is a plus, and the KLA group has managed to make things seamless. They were not only successful during the pandemic, but they thrived and grew even more! You are blessed if you get a chance to become part of KLA Group!
