Working at Klik Media, I feel challenged everyday to do my best work, and feel a great sense of fulfillment when I can see the work I am doing having an immediate and direct impact on the growth and success of the business. It's an incredible feeling to know that I have the opportunity to move the needle so much, and super fun and cool to have the empowerment and environment to create things that will help us in the long run.
Cons
There is a tremendous amount of responsibility, and onus is on the individual to take the initiative and drive results. As in any start up, it's a fast-paced environment; strategies & approaches are subject to change given the shifting strategies of our clients at any given time. Working at Klik requires a ton of initiative and tenacity, and being ok pushing the envelope on digital marketing, and your own understanding of specific facets of the industry. You have to be a true self-starter, and that at times means being ok working super hard and super smart to drive the result you need and want.
