Fun and dynamic people. The Managing Director is very engaging and hands-on. Highly recommended company if you want to jumpstart your career in Commercial Real Estate.

Cons

Subjective promotion - if you are close to the upper management, you will be easily promoted to managerial or senior positions regardless of your work experience and performance. Office politics led some people to resign.

I worked in Marketing and Landlord Rep. It's a totally toxic environment. The management is poor, there's no professional or personal growth. There's a horrible blame culture in the business where everyone goes out of their way to blame eachother. The management make false promises the entire time and are totally self interested rather than managing teams.

Pros: Great learning opportunities for fresh graduates to develop foundational skills. A chance to gain exposure to various tasks early in your career.

Cons

The corporate culture is dominated by office politics, making it challenging to focus on meaningful work. Senior management seems to focus solely on sales, with little understanding or interest in other critical areas. In some cases, loyalty and dedication are met with punishment, while unproductive behavior is overlooked or even rewarded, leading to frustration among employees who genuinely want to contribute.
