-employees that are still there and don’t do their jobs, sit around on their phones all day , lazy , leave the yard/shop area in a mess because they can’t clean up after themselves -a lot of drama (all the men) - Certain foreman in the maintenance department are dumb as nails, Surprised dumb and dumber can even tie their shoes - employees thinking they know everything,the best thing to walk planet earth when they literally don’t do anything all day, some of the guys are arrogant, rude, unbearable. - will hire anyone to be haul truck operator, needs to give more time training/making sure they operate it safely - a lot of favoritism, more so in the operations side of it - don’t make friends at work, they get jealous because ur a better worker and feel threatened and will go to HR about your personal lives.

Harassment, favoritism, double standards, safety is a front only required to keep a good score to bid on up coming contracts. Random drug testing should be required by kmc. Most of management would be dismissed.
