      - salary - lying about salary, will offer you a lower amount compared to what is advertised - IT Department is a mess, no process, no work ethics - 1 Leave for everything - mandated to use Leave Credits during Covid 19 Enhanced Quarantine - too cheap - management sucks

      Good salary package / compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Depends on the client. HR doesn't fight for the employee. Terminates employees if clients says so - without giving opportunity to them to explain things. Small team with little to no engagement.

      - 15 days PTO - 15 days Sick Leave - Fully remote due to the Account's request - Industry competitive salary

      Cons

      - Hard to request to work onsite incase there are internet/electricity issue. You really need a back up internet and a generator. They won't let you work on one of their offices that are near you. That would be easier since they are also a co-working space.
