Talented architects and designers. Very diverse staff. Many long-time loyal employees. Forward-thinking management. Fun social events. Downtown SF office location in close proximity to public transit, many restaurants, Chinatown, North Beach, etc.

Cons

Undefined salary increase & performance review structure. Firm has decreased in size over the years.
