      Mid Size Company that still thinks like a Small Business

      Founder is hands-on, you have his ear in all things. Diverse executive team

      Cons

      Founder is hands on-working with autonomy is difficult. Management gets tunnel vision when something takes his focus..to the detriment to the company. Admin and Ops team is small forcing many to wear many hats--which makes completing quality work on time difficult.

      Good pay, small company, no micro-mangement.

      Cons

      For a small company there are way too many non-billable people for HR and other admin. Positions. All women and none have a clue what it takes to be billable and make money for the company to pay their salaries. They also make you wait weeks to get reimbursed for per diem or expenses. Bonuses are a joke, a co-worker received 50$ gift card as a annual bonus..
