Pros
There are many pros to being chosen to join this company, outside of the professional experience, you gain/develop social coping and interacting skills. In addition, your leadership, training, and interviewing skills are sharpened and developed as well. One of the greatest things that I've cherished and adored about working here, is that my income potential was limitless! The only limitations are the limitations that one place on his or herself! Furthermore, another advantage or pro, if a candidate is afforded the opportunity to join the team, is developing a strong work ethic, great attitude, being resilient, becoming a leader, as well as, individually setting yourself apart from your peers by being nationally ranked (top 50). Sam Striker, is a honest, motivating, dynamic, understanding, and humorous manager! He sets the stage for the office environment and helps cultivate a family oriented office. I can truly say that I'm a better me for being chosen to join this company. My sales, leadership, social, and teaching capabilities have improved, because I had the opportunity to experience and be exposed to this while working there.
Cons
There are not any cons about working here. I would say though, that the amount of time that is invested in an individual consultant, only to find out that he or she has integrity issues, is disheartening. So, only honest and integreable people apply, becaue the dishonest employees will be found out quickly!
