Pros

the fundamental training is good for non-pharma people

Cons

The people are majorly grouped by the natiave language they speak. it seems to me a Wendi Murdoch type leadership in the company. The employees will be rewarded for the "royality" . It is all about nepotism. Some manager seemes to be gentleman and careing, however they are actually narrow-minded hypocrites. Though pretending to help the employees, he actually has his own agenda. I feel like the culture in the company is to do things behind people and make people in trouble instead of transparent communications to solve issues. They can smile at you and behave so innocently, even show how they care about you. However they will do terrible things behind your back. So as a result, this place is not ideal place to work but a perfect place to learn company politics. Since you have to be extremely careful about what you said, rumors goes around much faster in this sort of culture.

Pros

Great for entry level , sponsorship

Cons

Alot of inexperienced people in management with no previous work experience. No one cares about you. Bonus low - no reason why you get what you get. Not enough diversity which leads to many people speaking in their native language including those at the director level. Owner rude does not say hi to staff.

Pros

Not much except immigration/Visa sponsorship for the ones that need it. Opportunity to learn basic Pharma training!

Cons

Lack of leadership, zero transparency, and culture. Sr leadership (principal) should be send to school/training on how to treat people in America? Few Directors should be taught life lessons such as ‘Treat your employees the way you want them to treat you’.

Thanks for the feedback, it does help. As a leadership team we're actively working to provide transparency as well as to grow our leadership program to be reflective of the character and brand of KMK. We're investing in the people already here and in the people we're bringing on board who are eager to grow with us. It's an exciting time in KMK's twenty-year history, and while your experience has provided some challenges for you, we hope to get the chance to address these concerns with you and learn from them.
