      Improve Project management process (things like documentation and using project management tools)

      Thanks for your feedback. I agree with you, there needs to be a drastic improvement in the project management process. We tried in the past and didn't get enough support, but will try to introduce slowly.

      Good and friendly environment. Flexible timings. Very good employee and employer relationship. Opportunity to learn and implement new things. Encouragement to learn new technologies. Transparency in the management. Free to share ones views and discuss with the Management anytime.

      Need to implement more project management tools to have more transparency and to deliver projects on time.

      Thanks for your feedback. Again I agree with you on the project management process. Yes not delivering quality work on time is not only frustrating but costing us a lot of money and embarrassment. Luckily due to our dedicated service our customers are trusting us and going the extra mile just as we do for them. Will certainly try to improve over time.
