      Great Company, Unfortunate Circumstances

      Pros

      Office Culture is great, really supportive of the team in the office. Flexible work/life balance, great team members as well. Majority of leadership are approachable and relaxed with all staff, rapport within teams is friendly. Would have stayed with the company indefinitely if not for post-2024 election volatility affecting the clean energy industry as a whole.

      Cons

      Clean energy industry unfortunately ebbs and flows with the political climate of the US. HR department is really small for a company with 2+ locations nationwide, plus overseas manufacturing.

      Pros

      I was able to wear multiple hats at KORE and it was a great experience in the energy storage industry. The company has a great vision to deliver domestic solutions to the country's storage needs.

      Cons

      It is a small team taking on a large task.
